TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT WE REQUIRE AN ONLINE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL PLUS 39.31 USD CREDIT CARD FEES. Your remaining balance, payable with cash or credit cards, will be charged on-site. The 16% Federal tax will be added to the remaining balance only with credit card payments not with cash payments. Balance with cash 709.51 usd, balance with credit card 823 usd Tax included. THE BALANCE DUE HAS TO BE PAID AT THE CHECK IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. CABO SHARK DIVE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT ONLY IF CABO SHARK DIVE CANCEL THE TRIP IN ADVANCE FOR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OR IN CASE WE DON'T REACH THE MINIMUM OCCUPANCY.
NO SHOWS UP/CANCELLATION: If you don't show up the day of the departure or if you cancel the trip without a notice of at least 30 days prior the departure we will automatically charge your credit card with the total balance due of the activity + 16% state taxes.
WEATHER FORECAST
We constantly monitor the official weather forecast and we communicate with our local Port Authorities to make sure conditions will be safe for the activity. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR TRAVEL INTERRUPTIONS, THE ACTIVITY TAKE PLACE IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN SO THE WEATHER AND THE MARINE CONDITIONS CAN CHANGE ANYTIME. Since the weather is still out of our control, sometimes activities may be partially canceled and/or modified to better fit the local weather conditions. Once in Magdalena bay, we don't provide refund in case the activities is modified or partially canceled due to bad weather conditions. We operate on a flexible schedule and will do our best to make sure you are able to get the full experience of the trip. We suggest to purchase a travel insurance.

Unforeseen Events:
If departure of your expedition is not advisable, or may be dangerous to the life or health of the passengers, crew, or to the boat due to conditions such as: bad weather, perils of the sea, Acts of God, political incidents, or any other unpredictable reason, the captain has the power and right to delay or cancel the cruise departure.
Health Risks & Insurance:
The marlin trip take place in the open ocean, far away from urgent medical care. This expedition also include activities and tours to environments that could be deemed dangerous – including, but not limited to, swimming in the open ocean, diving with sharks, freediving, scuba diving, whale watching, and so on. You enter all activities at your own risk. By registering for our Striped Marlin expedition you are stating that you understand this risk and waive your rights to hold Cabo shark Dive liable for any harm that may come to you on one our expeditions. Additionally you waive the rights of anyone tied to you, your family, or estate to hold us liable.
