If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled departure of your reservation. Our boats have limited seating, and many of our trips sell out. For this reason, we require that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip. This will allow us to offer your spot to another guest. You may email us at cabosharkdiving@gmail.com or info@cabosharkdive.com between the Business Hours to cancel. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be the deposit.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for the scheduled tour, for any reason, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the tour plus tax (16% IVA).

If you decide to cancel the tour more than 48 hours in advance of the departure we will refund 100% deposit. We don't refund any money in the unlikely event that we don't see sharks or in case the sea conditions or the animal behaviour doesn't allow to jump in the water and swim with sharks safely. In the very unlikely event of no shark sightings at all we will offer another cabo shark snorkeling or watching tour 50% discounted. Check details on the wilderness disclaimer section below. Since your safety is our priority the Dive Master has the right to not let people jump in the water or to quit the interaction anytime. We always do our best using all our skills and experience to attract sharks, but they are wild animals living in the big ocean. Sometimes the success of the trip depends form environmental factors that we can't control. We don't refund any money in case of sea sickness. We suggest to take Dramamine 45 minutes prior the departures to avoid sea sickness.

At CABO SHARK DIVE we use all means necessary to provide you with the safest interaction possible. We are diligent about checking the latest weather reports and updates to remain well informed. However, we are out in the open ocean, and if weather conditions do not cooperate, we may need to head back early. Although highly unlikely, there is a small chance you may not see a shark. Sharks are wild animals that lives in a big ocean, we’re not in a theme park or in an artificial environment with domesticated animals, nor would we want to be. The excitement of not knowing exactly what you will see or encounter in the open ocean is what makes this excursion so amazing. On the other hands, we are very good in what we do and we have many years of experience in attracting sharks in shark diving operations.

On every tour we do our best and everything is in our hands to get the best shark action, that's why we see sharks all year round in more than 90% of all our tours making hundreds of customers happy! In the very unlikely event that not a single sharks will show up, (0 sharks sighting either in the water or from the boat) we will offer you another tour 50% OFF THE REGULAR WEBSITE PRICE, FOR SHARK SNORKELING OR SHARK WATCHING TOUR, same of your original reservation! The voucher with the discounted ticket will be send by email and can be used the first day available, the company will confirm which day the voucher can be used. If you cannot use it during your staying in Cabo, you can use it next time you will come to Los Cabos again. THE VOUCHER HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE AND CAN BE USED ONE TIME ONLY. The Voucher cannot be transferred, resold and is nominative. If a shark will show up and is seen only from the boat this counts as shark sight.
