Whale Sharks are the largest fish in the world and meeting in large numbers in Bahia de La Paz. There are whale sharks almost year round, but the highest concentration is between November and April, with almost 100 whale shark swimming and feeding in the bay. This natural phenomenon gives people an opportunity to experience one of the most exiting encounters between people and nature. Absolutely safe, whale sharks eat plankton and have no teeth in the mouth.
